At Mom and Little One, we strive to deliver your favorite baby products quickly, securely, and reliably. This shipping policy outlines our current delivery methods, timelines, costs, and expectations, so you always know what to expect when placing an order with us.

1. Where We Ship – Shipping Policy Mom and Little One

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Order Processing Time – Shipping Policy Details

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days (where available)

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 will be applied. Expedited and express shipping options are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is based on delivery timeframes, package weight, and destination. We aim to use the most efficient option for each order.

7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain interruptions. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or if the contents are missing or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the packaging and items. We will send a replacement or issue a refund according to our return policy.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Some items (e.g., pressurized containers, flammable products) may be subject to shipping restrictions due to carrier or federal regulations. In such cases, we will notify you prior to shipment and offer alternative solutions or refunds if necessary.

10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the United States, sales tax may be applied based on your location and applicable laws. Since we currently do not offer international shipping, there are no customs duties involved. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

11. Order Cancellations and Changes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or contents of your order, please contact us as soon as possible after checkout.
